There is no fee to apply to become an Independent Representative of GCTestGroup. However, you will have to complete some training that may require you to complete a short HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) course, which may cost approximately $15.00 and can be taken online. To work the opportunity, you will also need to complete an application to become an Independent Contractor within our Partnership.

This application is at no charge but will require you to agree to a background check. You will also need to have a digital image of:

1. A voided check and
2. Your Driver’s License or valid State ID,
3. A picture of yourself against a white background,
4. Your Social Security Card or Passport showing your SSN.

If you do not accept these requirements or do not have these documents, you will not be able to complete the process of application.
